System Support
To receive support for an integrated system or an outsourced application, please answer our System Failure Questionaire. Accurate reporting will allow us to better understand your problem and serve you more efficiently.
Component Support
To receive support for specific components such as PC boards, please answer our Component Failure Questionaire. Accurate reporting will allow us to better understand your problems and serve you more efficiently.
Get a RMA number
To return any product to Neurotech you should have a RMA ( Return
Material Authorization) . After sending us System Failure
Questionnaire/ Component Failure Questionnaire, our engineers
will study the case and will contact you to solve the problem they
may issue an RMA number to return back the product to Neurotech for
repair or problem solving.
